I work with individuals and groups to promote overall health and to manage a wide range of nutrition-related issues.

With a ‘non-dieting’ approach, I have helped clients manage weight, energy, performance, diabetes, thyroid related disease, allergies, eating disorders and more.

My passion for nutrition & wellness grew as I performed athletically at the collegiate level. With experience in the industry dating back since childhood, my goal is to expose as many people as possible to optimal health for elite performance.

I am not only a professional, but a wife and a mother to four daughters, which makes me very sensitive to the needs of each individual client.

I'm a Certified Sports and Clinical Nutritionist specializing in weight loss, diabetes, prenatal, postpartum and sports nutrition. I received a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern State University and am continuing my education for a master’s degree in Health Science.

In the past few years, I've worked with celebrities including  Olympic athletes and prepared top NBA and MLB prospects for the draft and their careers.

But more than that, I pride myself in being able to serve the every day client with nutritionally sound and delicious cook books and the group challenge program my team has been offering for 7 years.

My kids are 'picky eaters'. Are these recipes something my kids will eat?

YES! Whether it’s true allergies, just preference, picky family members or any other reason, almost all CCN recipes are adaptable. Even for picky eaters, you can almost always find another way to serve a meal that will make it work for the whole family. For example, when I serve tacos, I serve them to my kids and husband pretty plain with the meat in the shells and their veggies on the side. For myself, I always serve them over a bed of lettuce with sautéed veggies and avocado instead of cheese, as well as salsa poured over top. Still only one meal but presented in several different ways to please everyone! 

How long do these recipes take to cook?

Around 30 minutes. As a mom of 4 girls, dinnertime needs to be fast and efficient along with being healthy. No one has time to be in the kitchen for several hours each night! These recipes are all meals I make amidst our busy schedule. 

Will I need to buy a lot of exotic ingredients?

No, absolutely not. While there might be some ingredients that you are unfamiliar with based on past/current eating habits, you will find these items becoming staples in your pantry. We utilize many of the same ingredients in all our recipes to make dinnertime efficient and cost-effective.

How is this cookbook different than other cookbooks?

Our philosophy is based on the science of stabilizing your blood sugar. Eating for a stable blood sugar keeps your body working optimally, burning fat as fuel, as well as preventing hundreds of diseases. To keep your blood sugar stable, all 3 macros (carbs, proteins, and fat) should be eaten together. We've taken the guesswork out of calculating and tracking with this cookbook. All recipes inside are already macro-balanced for a stable blood sugar! 

Will I receive a physical Cookbook in the mail?

All our cookbooks are digital cookbooks available via instant download in a PDF format. There is nothing physically mailed. It's the only physical book we have and has around 60 recipes in it.
